Tips for going to the Park

We leave you with some brief tips to enjoy Ons to the fullest.

Maintain a responsible attitude and collaborate as much as possible in the preservation of the natural space, after all, it is everyone’s heritage.

Plan the visit. Find out about all aspects: rules, visiting time, access, services, activities…

Try to find out in advance what exactly the services offered by shipping companies are, especially in low season and also on days with adverse weather conditions.

If you plan to go camping, keep in mind that places are limited.

Once on the islands, go to the Park Information Booths to find out about the available activities.

Visit if you can the Interpretation Centers of the Park, they will help you to obtain a better knowledge of the islands.

Do not leave the paths intended for public use. Follow the marked routes at all times.

Your safety is your responsibility. Do not engage in dangerous activities, such as getting too close to cliffs or swimming in adverse sea conditions.

Noises reduce the environmental quality and prevent the enjoyment of the sounds of nature, avoiding all kinds of noise pollution.

It is better to follow the routes in small groups, you will enjoy it more.

Wear appropriate footwear and clothing to enjoy the islands; the boat ride on the upper deck is quite cool even in the summer.

Take into account the weather conditions. Mostly in summer. Replenish fluids frequently and be sure to use sun protection.

Take into account the instructions established by the Park management and follow the instructions of the guides, watchmen and guards. Alert us about possible deficiencies or suggest improvements.

Bring a bag to put the garbage and take it back to the port of origin. There are no rubbish bins on the islands, they must be kept free of all contamination.

Take a photo or video camera and if you want also bring some binoculars. Please note that taking photos or recording video for commercial purposes requires prior authorization from the Park management.
